ROCAS is owned and managed by Ramona De Battista who graduated from the Gemological Institute of America, New York – the worldwide foremost authority in its field. 

ROCAS is situated in Fleur De Lys, the heart of Malta – set within a typical Maltese house of character, it embraces a charming and classic ambience to ensure leisurely viewing, confidential discussion and considered selection throughout our customers’ jewellery experience.
